Darlington Partnership has a structure which is present to ensure the objectives of the Community Strategy are delivered. It is designed with various layers in an attempt to be inclusive whilst ensuring it is able to function efficiently across all the various areas of our work. We seek to involve a mix of representatives from public, private and voluntary sectors, as well as the wider community, in all of our groups.
Our main governing body is our Board, which consists of a maximum of 27 members. Details of current members can be found in our contacts page.
Themed Groups are an essential part of our structure, as they take responsibility for delivery of specific elements of the Community Strategy. Each of these groups has a Chairperson and a nominated Lead Officer, who co-ordinate and manage the work of the group.
The Darlington Assembly is held bi-annually and provides an opportunity for a very wide range of partners to be involved in determining our priorities, reviewing our performance, and keeping us focussed on our goals.
