Skerne Park & Parkside Community Partnership represents the people of Skerne Park Estate and Parkside area.  The Partnership is a “stakeholder” partnership with a variety of partners from organisations who work in the area and number of residents.  Partners include Sure start, Skerne Park Community Enterprise Association, Skerne Park Youth & Community Association, Adult Learning Centre and Skernews community newsletter.

Current projects include providing activities for children in the summer holidays, organising a Young People’s Event for 11 to 18 year olds and monitoring the local bus service.

The partnership are looking for new people to take part in projects and activities. If you would are interested ring the above number.  The Community Partnership can provide help and support for new and existing volunteers as well as providing training and a current reference if you are wanting to get back into learning or work.
