The first meeting of the Community Partnership Forum was held in July 2003 and proved such a great success that Forum meetings are now held three times a year. The Forum provides a great opportunity for members from all of the Community Partnerships to learn from each other and share ideas.

A whole range of topics have been covered at past Forum meetings, these include;

- Consultation on the Social Inclusion Strategy - Darlington Borough Council
- Lascelles Parenting project - Dodmire Primary School
The agenda for the Forum meetings comes from suggestions put forward by members of the Community Partnerships.
