Young people (16-25) have the opportunity to gain National Vocational Qualifications, work experience and employment through the work based programme offered by Darlington Borough Council.
For young people who are leaving school or college who prefer the vocational route of gaining qualifications it is an ideal environment. Darlington Borough Council's small team of experienced staff train, assess and support learners on an individual basis. They work with local businesses and departments within the Council to ensure the learner has access to good quality work experience.
