The Tees And Durham Energy Advice Centre (TADEA – one of the partner organisations supporting the Darlington Partnership) exists specifically to give free and impartial advice to householders and small businesses on energy conservation. TADEA can also direct callers to appropriate grants and other funding sources for energy efficiency works.
