Darlington Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP) is the statutory body charged with coordinating the activities of its members to continue Darlington's position as a safe place to live and work.
To do this the Partnership has an overall outcome for its work of reassuring the public. In order to achieve this the Partnership has established a number of key indicators. These include reducing the overall levels of crime, disorder and substance misuse, to tackle the small number of persistent offenders who affect the quality of life in the Borough and to address anti social behaviour which reduces the ability of people to enjoy their lives, homes and environment.
